Hurricane Grill and Over Cleaner (Gallon)

This concentrated blend of surfactants and alkaline builders is designed as a heavy duty cleaner/ degreaser for cleaning grills, ovens and fryolators. This product breaks up heavy build up of baked on grease and oil from metal surfaces quickly and easily. Before using this compound, food products and packaging materials must be removed from the room or carefully protected. After using this compound, surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water. DIRECTIONS Grills: Apply 6-8 ounces of Grill Cleaner solution to hot(250-300oF) grill surface. Activate with water. Let work a few seconds. Remove stubborn stains with brush or pad. Repeat if necessary. Flush thoroughly with water and wipe clean with damp sponge or cloth. Apply a few ounces of vinegar for final cleaning and wipe away. Redress grill with cooking oil or lard. Ovens: Oven should be sufficiently cool to allow working without burning hands (about 200oF). Apply to all surfaces of the oven. Allow to set 2-5 minutes. Clean all surfaces thoroughly with damp sponge and clean water. Repeat for stubborn stains. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
