Brilliance Floor Cleaner and Restorer Quart
DESCRIPTION
Sometimes you need to go a little deeper when preparing a floor for
burnishing or reconditioning. By penetrating the existing coating structure
and opening the pores. Brilliance extracts and emulsifies embedded soils
while conditioning the finish to be burnished to a wet look, high gloss. This is
achieved without aggressive mechanical action, abrasive pads, or film
destruction. Brilliance is phenomenal on badly damaged or soiled rubber
sports floors, and is suitable for use on any water based acrylic or
burnishable urethane coating.
DILUTION INSTRUCTIONS
High and Ultra High-Speed Burnishing: Mix 8 ounces per gallon of water.
Deep Scrubbing of Heavily Soiled Floors: Mix 8 ounces per gallon of water.
Routine Cleaning of Finish Floors: Mix 2 ounces per gallon of water.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
For Use as a Pre-Burnish Restorer: Mix 8 ounces per gallon in warm
water. Spray Diluted solution on the floor with a pump sprayer or apply with
a bucket less mop and microfiber pad. Apply only enough so that it is dry,
only 3-5 minutes. Once dry, burnish with a lite hair or light blue burnishing
pad as dictated by your equipment manufacturer. This objective is to achieve
great gloss without swirl marks. Your pad choice makes a difference.
For Deep Scrub & Recoating: Apply diluted
solution to the area to be cleaned using a mop or pressure sprayer. Scrub
the treated area with a Natural Pad or automatic scrubber equipped with a
blue pad or brush. The best results will be achieved by double scrubbing
with an automatic scrubber filled with clear water. Extract and rinse on the
second pass.
For Use as a Spot or Area Burnishing Cleaner/Restorer: Floor should be
washed prior to burnishing. Burnish with a natural pad and a 1500-3000 rpm
burnishing machine. Apply enough Brilliance to moisten the surface of the
floor. Using a coarse mist setting apply two squirts of Brilliance in front of the
machine and begin burnishing. Burnish until Brilliance has completely
evaporated and floor has become slip resistant.
